I cannot speak highly enough of my visit here! The staff is incredibly kind and efficient, making the whole process feel smooth. Dr. Flatt has a wonderful bedside manner; he immediately made me feel at ease. During our consultation, he took ample time to address all my questions and concerns. My experience at this practice was very positive overall! From the moment I entered, I found the staff to be friendly and attentive. However, I did notice that the appointment scheduling can get a bit tricky—there were a few times when I struggled to get through on the phone.
