I can't say enough good things about my appointment with Dr. Kincaid. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I entered the office. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was seen—no long waits! Dr. Kincaid himself was friendly and took the time to explain my treatment options clearly. He helped me feel at ease and was very gentle during the procedures. The only downside was that I wish the office had longer hours; I had to take some time off work to get in. But honestly, the quality of care I received was worth it! I left with a brighter smile and a lot more confidence about my dental health. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Kincaid and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, which is so important for anyone who might be anxious about dental visits. The office itself is immaculate and has a really calming atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by how thorough Dr. Kincaid was during my check-up. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I love that he not only focuses on treatment but also on prevention and education. The hygienist was also fantastic—she was gentle yet efficient during my cleaning. My teeth felt amazing afterward! The only teeny-tiny suggestion I might have is to maybe consider playing some music in the waiting area; it might help to ease nerves even more. Overall, I’ve found my new go-to dentist and I’m actually looking forward to my next visit!

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Kincaid's practice after a friend recommended him, and I’m so glad I did! The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness and organization of the office. Dr. Kincaid has an exceptional bedside manner; he’s incredibly patient and takes the time to explain each step of the process. I appreciated how he tailored his approach to my specific dental needs instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach. His team is equally wonderful; they are friendly and professional, making the whole experience so pleasant. They even followed up with me after my appointment to ensure everything was okay, which is a nice touch. One area for improvement might be the scheduling process; it took a little longer than I expected to get an appointment initially. However, once I was in, it was all smooth sailing. I left feeling like I was in the best hands possible and knowing that my dental health is in great care. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares about his patients!
