I had a fantastic experience during my recent visit! The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles, which immediately put me at ease. The waiting area is cozy, and there were plenty of magazines to keep me entertained. Dr. Ransdell is not only skilled at his craft but also incredibly attentive. He took the time to explain my treatment options and even showed me my X-rays, which was a great touch. I appreciated how he asked for my input and made me feel involved in my dental care. The cleaning was efficient, and I appreciated how gentle the hygienist was. I’ve had my share of dental experiences, and this one truly stood out. If I had to nitpick, I’d recommend a bit more music in the background during procedures to further enhance the relaxing atmosphere. But overall, I left with a bright smile and a newfound trust in my dental health. Highly recommend this practice!

After moving to the area, I was nervous about finding a new dentist, but I couldn’t be happier with my choice! From the first phone call to schedule my appointment, the staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. The office has a modern feel and is equipped with the latest technology, which made my visit feel both efficient and safe. Dr. Ransdell was wonderful, explaining everything in detail and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I had a filling done, which I was dreading, but he made it so easy that I barely felt a thing! The only thing I could suggest is that they consider adding more weekend hours for those of us who work during the week. Overall, an excellent experience, and I’ll be coming back for sure!

From the moment I walked into the office, I felt like a valued patient. The receptionists were incredibly welcoming, and they even offered me a choice of flavored mouthwash before my cleaning! It’s those little details that make all the difference. My hygienist was so gentle yet thorough, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Ransdell is genuinely caring and took the time to discuss my dental history and future plans. He listened attentively to my concerns and provided a clear treatment plan, which I found reassuring. The office is spotless, and the atmosphere is calming, which is a huge plus for someone like me who gets anxious about dental visits. One suggestion I might have is to implement some kind of loyalty program for regular patients, as I think that would be a great incentive to keep coming back. All in all, I can’t recommend this office enough! If you’re looking for a dentist who is skilled, compassionate, and genuinely cares about his patients, look no further! I’ll definitely be returning.
