I had an amazing experience! As someone who was quite nervous about my procedure, I was immediately put at ease when I met Dr. Monaco. My recovery was swift and I felt supported throughout the whole journey. The office staff was also very accommodating, scheduling my follow-up appointments around my busy work schedule. The ambiance of the office is calming, which I appreciated too. I did wish they offered more flexible hours since weekends are a bit inconvenient for me, but that's just a small hiccup in an otherwise stellar experience! I’m already recommending her to friends.
