As a long-time patient, I have to say that Dr. McCoy has been a reliable and compassionate physician. The office runs pretty smoothly, and I appreciate that I can get an appointment relatively easily, which is sometimes a struggle elsewhere. However, I did notice that the office staff could be a bit more organized on busy days, as I had a short wait before being seen once.
