After years of avoiding the dentist due to fear and bad experiences, I finally decided to take the plunge and book an appointment here. From the first phone call to schedule my appointment, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. When I arrived, the check-in process was smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long before I was called in. During my consultation, Dr. Lee took the time to understand my fears and concerns. She was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I had a few cavities that needed addressing, and I was anxious about the pain. To my surprise, the procedure was almost painless thanks to the anesthesia and Dr. Lee’s skillful approach. The entire team worked together to create a positive atmosphere, and I felt supported the whole time. I also appreciated the follow-up call to check on my recovery after the procedure. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to expand their weekend hours since my work schedule is hectic. Still, I can honestly say that this experience has changed my perception of dental visits – I actually look forward to going back! I can’t recommend them enough!
