I’ve taken my daughter to several pediatricians over the years, but I think we've finally found our match! The doctor here is not only knowledgeable but also has a fantastic rapport with kids. My daughter was initially scared, but Dr. Kries turned the whole visit into a fun experience with her playful demeanor. I loved how she took the time to explain things to her, which kept her engaged. The office is clean and well-organized, too, with plenty of toys to keep the little ones entertained. If I had one piece of feedback, it would be to improve the check-in process; it was a bit chaotic and could use some streamlining. However, the care my daughter received outweighed that minor inconvenience. Highly recommend this place for any parent looking for quality pediatric care!

What a fantastic experience we had! My son had his first visit, and I was truly impressed. Dr. Kries was not only very professional but also had a way of making my son feel comfortable right away. She even got down to his level during the exam, which really helped him relax. The office was bright and cheerful, filled with fun decorations that made waiting a lot more pleasant. I also loved how the staff was quick to assist and very friendly. The only thing I would suggest is having a few more toys in the waiting area; it can get a bit crowded, and some extra distractions would be great for the kids. Still, I left feeling like my son received the best care possible. Can’t wait for our next visit!

As a first-time parent, I was anxious about finding the right pediatrician for my newborn. Thankfully, our experience here has been nothing short of wonderful. Dr. Kries is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, making sure to address both my concerns and my baby’s needs. She was thorough during the check-up, and I felt reassured knowing that my little one was in good hands. I particularly appreciated the follow-up calls to check on how my baby was doing after our visits. The clinic is comfortable, and the staff are friendly, which really helps to put you at ease during what can often be a stressful experience. One minor suggestion would be to expand the waiting area, as it gets a bit crowded during busy times. Overall, I feel very fortunate to have found such a dedicated pediatrician for my child. I can't recommend this pediatrician enough! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff treated my child with kindness and patience, which eased his nerves. Dr. Kries was incredibly attentive, taking the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything in a way that was easy for my little one to understand. I appreciated how she made sure to involve him in the conversation; it really made him feel important. The only downside was that we had to wait a bit longer than expected for our appointment, but once we got in, it was well worth it. Overall, a great experience that made our visit to the doctor feel much less daunting!
