I had an excellent experience here! Having dealt with sports injuries for years, I was nervous about finding the right specialist. The doctors here really put me at ease with their professionalism and knowledge. I appreciated how thorough Dr. Krafft was during the examination; he did not rush and made sure to address all my questions. The treatment options he proposed were well-explained, and I felt confident moving forward. The clinic is also well-kept, which adds to the overall positive vibe. My only suggestion would be to improve the booking system; it took me a few tries to get through to make my appointment. However, once I arrived, the staff was very accommodating. I’ve already started noticing improvements in my condition, and I’m excited to see how much better I can feel with continued care. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with similar issues!

I cannot recommend this clinic enough! From my first visit, I felt welcomed and respected. Dr. Krafft is truly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. After months of dealing with pain, I finally feel like I’m on the right path to recovery. The treatment plan he set up for me has already made a difference in my daily life. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps having more flexible appointment times, as my schedule can be a bit hectic. Other than that, it’s been a great experience, and I’m so grateful for the care I’ve received here.

I recently visited this clinic for some back pain I’ve been struggling with, and I have to say, the experience was quite positive. The staff was welcoming and prompt, and I appreciate that they took a detailed history before my consultation. Dr. Krafft was attentive and suggested a variety of treatment options tailored to my needs. I really appreciated that he didn't just push for the most invasive options right away. The only downside was that the waiting area felt a bit cramped, and there were several patients waiting at the same time, which made it somewhat noisy. However, once I was in the consultation room, all my concerns were addressed thoroughly. I left with a clear action plan, and I’m feeling optimistic about my recovery. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing physiatrist services.

I recently visited this practice after dealing with chronic pain for what felt like an eternity, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel at ease right away. Dr. Krafft truly took the time to listen to my concerns, which I really appreciated. He explained my condition clearly and laid out a comprehensive treatment plan that made sense. I left feeling hopeful for the first time in a long while! The office had some beautiful artwork that made the waiting area feel less clinical too, although I wish there were a few more comfortable chairs. The only minor hiccup was that I had to wait a little longer than expected for my appointment, but once I was in the room, the care I received was well worth it. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I can’t recommend them enough if you’re looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor.
