Finding a good internist can be daunting, but my experience with Dr. Ortega has been fantastic. He is thorough and very knowledgeable, which gives me a sense of security when discussing my health. During our last visit, he suggested some lifestyle changes that have already made a difference in how I feel. The only reason I'm giving him four stars instead of five is because sometimes the office can get quite busy, leading to longer wait times. However, I believe this is a testament to how well-liked he is. I appreciate his dedication and am grateful for the way he prioritizes his patients' needs. Definitely worth a visit if you're in search of a reliable internist!

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Ortega, and I can't express how impressed I am! From the moment I walked through the door, the staff was welcoming and efficient. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, which made the experience even better. Dr. Ortega took the time to listen to my concerns and really made me feel at ease. I've been seeing Dr. Ortega for a couple of years now, and I can honestly say it's one of the best decisions I've made for my health. His office runs like a well-oiled machine. Appointments are easy to schedule, and the staff are always friendly and professional. Dr. Ortega has a way of making you feel like you're the only patient in the room; he truly listens and tailors his approach to fit your personal health needs. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps having a more comfortable seating arrangement in the waiting area, as I sometimes find it a bit cramped when it’s busy. That being said, the quality of care far outweighs any minor inconveniences. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about his patients, you can't go wrong here!
