As a new parent, I was quite anxious about my baby’s first check-up, but the experience exceeded my expectations! From the check-in process to the actual consultation, everything flowed smoothly. The nurse was friendly and quick, and Dr. Sneed really took the time to ease my worries. She has a warm demeanor that instantly put me and my little one at ease. During the visit, she was incredibly thorough. She asked about our family medical history and took time to listen to my concerns. I appreciated that she didn’t rush through the appointment. Instead, she made sure I understood every step of the way, from developmental milestones to feeding advice. The only downside was that the office could use a little more space; it felt a tad cramped while waiting, especially with a few other families in the room. I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment we walked into the office, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. What impressed me the most was how she interacted with my daughter; she got down to her level, made her laugh, and explained everything in a way that was easy for her to understand. It made the whole visit feel less intimidating. We came in for a routine check-up and vaccinations, and Dr. Sneed was thorough yet gentle. She made sure my daughter felt comfortable throughout the process, and I appreciated how she explained the necessity of each vaccine without being overwhelming. The waiting time was reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other places we’ve visited before. One tiny area for improvement would be the appointment scheduling; it can get a bit tricky, especially since they have limited hours on Fridays.
