I had my first appointment last week, and honestly, I was impressed! The kindness of the staff was palpable from the very start. Dr. Abdelmelek is such a compassionate physician; she took her time to understand my medical history and was very thorough in her examination. Her approach made me feel at ease, which is a rarity for me in medical settings. I also appreciated that she didn’t rush through the appointment, allowing me to ask questions without feeling like I was being timed. The only thing I found slightly inconvenient was the lack of available appointment slots; it took a while to get in. However, I truly believe it’s worth the wait! I left feeling a lot more informed about my health, and that’s something I value highly. I will definitely be returning!

I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and calm. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and made the check-in process incredibly smooth. Dr. Abdelmelek took the time to listen to all my concerns and really made me feel like a valued patient rather than just another appointment on the schedule. It's evident that she genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. I especially appreciated how she explained my treatment options in detail, making sure I understood everything before making any decisions. The follow-up care was also stellar; I received a call a few days later just to check in and see how I was doing. If I had to provide any constructive feedback, I’d say it would be great if they had a slightly larger waiting area as it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, though, I am so grateful to have found such a dedicated physician and can't recommend her highly enough!

My visit was fantastic! The doctor is thorough and really took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. I felt comfortable discussing my health, which isn’t always easy for me. The overall experience was very positive! One small thing I’d suggest is having more magazines in the waiting room for longer waits.
