Dr. Owen was attentive and not rushed at all, which is something I always look for in a doctor. She took the time to discuss my health history in detail and suggested preventive measures that I hadn't considered before. The office had a calming vibe, and I felt comfortable the entire time. I did have to wait a little longer than I had anticipated, but it was worth it for the level of care I received. My only suggestion would be to improve communication on estimated wait times, which would help with planning my visits better. My only slight concern was that the office hours could be a bit more flexible; opening on Saturday would be a great addition for those who work weekdays. What a fantastic family practice! I took my kids in for their annual check-ups, and the experience was nothing short of wonderful. Dr. Owen was so great with my children, making them feel comfortable and explaining everything in terms they could understand. The office is bright and welcoming, which is perfect for little ones who might be nervous about doctor visits. The staff was helpful and efficient, getting us checked in quickly. We didn’t have to wait long at all, which is a huge plus! I appreciate the focus on holistic care; it’s nice to know they consider the whole family’s well-being. The only thing I’d suggest is maybe having some kids' books or toys in the waiting area for families to enjoy while they wait. Overall, I can’t recommend this practice highly enough! We’ve found our family’s healthcare home!
