What a fantastic experience! I was referred to this office by a friend, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Dr. Ben was incredibly thorough during my examination and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. I was particularly impressed with how he followed up with me after my appointment to check in on my progress. The support staff were also very welcoming and helpful, making it easy to schedule my follow-up. The only downside was that the parking situation was a little tricky, but once I found a spot, everything else was smooth sailing. I had a great experience here! Dr. Ben is a wonderful doctor who clearly knows his field well. I recently visited for a routine check-up after hearing good things about the doctor. Dr. Ben was very professional and made me feel at ease during the consultation. He asked thorough questions and really listened to my concerns, which I valued. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the entire check-in process smooth. However, I would suggest that they improve their appointment scheduling as I had to wait about 30 minutes past my scheduled time, which was a bit frustrating. Once I got in, though, the attention I received made it worth the wait. The doctor provided a clear explanation of my treatment options, and I left feeling informed and empowered to make decisions about my health. Definitely a good experience overall!

My visit was very positive overall! The doctor was friendly and made me feel at ease right away. I cannot express how grateful I am for the care I received recently! From my initial contact with the office staff to my consultation with Dr. Ben, the entire experience was smooth and reassuring. I was pretty nervous about my appointment, but the warm welcome I received helped put me at ease. Dr. Ben took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all of my questions without rushing me. He has a fantastic bedside manner and genuinely seems to care about his patients. The office was clean and organized, which I really appreciated, especially in today's health climate. I had a procedure done, and he walked me through each step, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. The only slight hiccup was that I had to wait a little longer than expected for my appointment due to a delayed patient, but I understand that these things happen. It’s obvious that Dr. Ben is well-respected, as he was quite busy that day. Overall, I left feeling relieved and optimistic. Highly recommend for anyone needing a gastroenterologist!
