I recently had a procedure done and I am thrilled with the results! Dr. Freedland has a fantastic reputation, and after my consultation, I could see why. He really took the time to understand what I wanted and explained the entire process in a way that was easy to understand. I was particularly impressed with the state-of-the-art facilities and the cleanliness of the office. The nurses were supportive and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. The only downside was the wait time on the day of my appointment; it felt a bit longer than expected. However, once I was in with Dr. Freedland, all my worries melted away. I can’t recommend him enough!

As someone who has always been a bit self-conscious about certain features, I finally decided to take the plunge and consult with Dr. Freedland. My initial worries about the whole process were quickly alleviated by his warm demeanor and thorough explanations. The pre-op consultations were informative, and I felt genuinely cared for by both Dr. Freedland and his staff. The day of the surgery, I was nervous but the team was incredibly supportive. I had a facelift and the results are nothing short of remarkable! Friends and family have commented on how refreshed I look, and I feel like a new person. The only minor improvement I would suggest is having a more detailed post-op care guide. Although they did answer all my questions, having something written would have been helpful. Nevertheless, I am absolutely delighted with my experience and the wonderful care I received. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with my procedure! The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. Dr. Freedland took the time to explain everything in detail, which eased my nerves. I really appreciated his professionalism and expertise. The results turned out better than I expected, and I couldn't be happier! The only thing I would suggest is maybe a more streamlined check-in process, as it took a little longer than anticipated. Overall, highly recommend!

It’s been six months post-surgery, and I still can’t believe how confident I feel! The follow-up care was just as impressive, with the team always checking in to see how I was healing. If I had one piece of feedback, it would be to offer more flexible appointment times for those who work during the day. But honestly, the experience overall was fantastic!
