I can't recommend this practice enough! From my very first phone call to book an appointment, I was impressed. The staff are not only efficient but also genuinely caring. When I arrived for my appointment, the atmosphere was calming and inviting. Dr. Balchandani made sure to listen attentively to my concerns, which I really appreciated. She has a way of making you feel at ease while discussing sometimes uncomfortable topics. During the examination, she was thorough yet gentle, which was crucial for me since I have had some anxiety about these visits in the past. The only thing I would suggest is for the office to consider extending their hours, as it can be tricky to find a suitable time during the week. I had a pretty good experience with my visit here. Dr. Balchandani was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions thoroughly. The office staff was also very professional and efficient. One slight drawback was that the appointment scheduling could be improved, as it took me a while to get an appointment on the phone. However, once I was there, everything went smoothly, and I felt reassured by the care I received.
