What a great experience! I recently visited this family practice for a routine check-up, and I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the staff was. I’ve had a great experience with this family practice! The doctors are knowledgeable and truly seem to care about their patients. I usually see the same physician who takes the time to explain everything clearly and doesn’t rush through appointments. They also have a convenient lab on-site, which makes getting blood work done super easy. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that I’ve noticed the office can get quite busy, leading to longer wait times during peak hours. I understand that this is often the case in popular practices, but it would be helpful if they could streamline the check-in process a bit more. Overall, though, the quality of care and dedication from the staff makes it a place I trust for my family's health needs. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Orange Park!
