I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Melinda A. Ross, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! I had a wonderful experience visiting my new dentist recently! The office was effortlessly inviting, and the staff were all super friendly and accommodating. I was able to schedule my appointment with ease, which is a huge plus in my book. Dr. Ross took the time to explain my treatment options clearly and even showed me some visuals to help me understand what was going on with my teeth. It's refreshing to see a dentist who is so passionate about patient education! My only suggestion would be to improve the signage in the building; I had a little trouble finding the office initially. But once I got there, everything was smooth sailing. Overall, I walked away feeling informed and confident about my dental care.
