I recently visited for a routine eye exam and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The office was clean and well-organized, which is a big plus for me. Dr. Babington was fantastic; he asked about my history and really listened to my concerns. He explained each step of the exam, making sure I understood what he was doing. I appreciated his professionalism and warmth. The selection of frames was impressive, and I found a pair that I absolutely love! The only thing I would say is that the appointment scheduling could be a bit more flexible, especially since I have a busy work schedule. What a fantastic experience! I went in for my first eye exam in years and couldn’t have asked for a better visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Babington has a great way of explaining everything; he really took his time to go over my results and what they meant. The only thing that I think could be improved is the parking situation; it was a bit tight when I arrived.
