I recently visited for a skin check and couldn't be happier with my experience! The office is welcoming, and the staff made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Ottuso is attentive and really listens to your concerns. He explained everything thoroughly and addressed my questions with patience. The appointment was efficient, and I appreciated not feeling rushed. The only thing I would suggest is to have more appointment slots available, as it can be tough to get in sometimes.
