I had my first appointment with my gastroenterologist a few weeks ago, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The office was easy to locate, and I didn’t have trouble finding parking, which is always a plus. The staff was incredibly courteous and made the check-in process a breeze. Dr. Milner was thorough and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without being condescending. I felt like I could ask any question without being judged. The only thing I would point out is that I would have loved to see more educational materials available in the waiting area. Overall, great experience!
