I recently visited this dental office for a routine check-up and I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the staff was! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process smooth and straightforward. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which helped ease my nerves. Dr. Roberts was incredibly thorough during the examination—he took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all of my questions with patience. However, I did notice that there was a bit of a wait before my appointment, which could be improved. Overall, I left feeling confident about my dental health and with a new plan for my next visit. I can't say enough good things about my experience here! As someone who has always been anxious about dental visits, I was seeking a dentist who could help ease my fears and provide quality care. From my first phone call to schedule the appointment, the staff was friendly and accommodating. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and taken back promptly. Dr. Roberts is amazing! He not only has excellent technical skills, but he also has a wonderful bedside manner. He took the time to explain my treatment options in detail and even showed me the x-rays on the screen, which made everything feel much more transparent. I appreciated his gentle approach during the cleaning, which made a world of difference for my anxiety. The only thing I would suggest is that they work on having a bit more entertainment in the waiting room; a couple of magazines or a TV could help pass the time. Nonetheless, this place is a gem and I’m grateful to have found a dentist I can trust.

I recently had a dental emergency and decided to visit this office after hearing great things from friends. The staff was incredibly accommodating and managed to fit me in on short notice, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Roberts was calm and reassuring, explaining every step of the process during my treatment. The office itself is bright and inviting, making the whole experience much more pleasant than I expected. While the service was fantastic, I did notice a slight delay in my appointment time, but it was understandable given the circumstances. All in all, I’m really pleased with my experience and feel lucky to have found such a dedicated dental practice. I will definitely be returning for regular check-ups!
