I had an excellent experience during my visit! The staff was incredibly friendly, and Dr. Wu took the time to explain everything during my eye exam. I can’t recommend this optometry practice enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist. The atmosphere is welcoming and modern, making the experience quite pleasant. Dr. Wu is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to properly assess my vision and explained my options without making me feel rushed. I was particularly impressed with his use of the latest technology for eye exams; it made the whole process efficient and informative. After the exam, I browsed through a fantastic range of stylish frames. The staff helped me pick out a pair that suits my face shape perfectly! I did notice that they could improve their appointment scheduling process; I had to wait a bit longer than expected, but the quality of care made it worth it.
