I’ve been seeing Dr. Eckert for my family’s medical needs for a while now, and I have to say he’s a solid doctor. He listens well, which is hard to come by these days! The staff is always friendly and keeps things running smoothly, even during busy times. I do notice that sometimes the wait time can be longer than expected, but I guess that just shows how thorough he is with each patient. I appreciate that they maintain a safe environment with the health checks and mask requirements. It’s also comforting to know they create a safe space for everyone, including the LGBTQ community. I would love to see more options for evening appointments, but overall, I’m very happy with the care we receive!

As a new patient, I was a bit anxious about my first visit, but Dr. Eckert made it a very positive experience. The staff were welcoming, and I appreciated how they followed strict health protocols, ensuring everyone's safety. Dr. Eckert took the time to discuss my medical history and answer all my questions without rushing. He has a gentle approach, which helped ease my nerves. I also loved that he made my mental health a priority alongside physical health, which I find so important. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps improving the appointment scheduling process, as it felt a bit chaotic when I arrived. Nonetheless, the care I received was top-notch. I look forward to my next visit!
