I’m so pleased with the care my twins receive at this pediatric practice. Dr. Franzia is fantastic; she never makes us feel rushed and takes the time to answer all our questions, no matter how small. Her advice has always been spot-on, and I appreciate how she balances professionalism with a warm, friendly demeanor. The nurses are also wonderful—always patient and engaging with the kids. The only drawback I noticed is that some of the waiting rooms could use more seating during peak hours, but we always find a way to make it work. The hours are pretty accommodating too, which is a big plus for working parents. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for thorough and compassionate pediatric care. This pediatric office is a gem! We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. Dr. Franzia has a great rapport with kids, making my daughter giggle even during her check-up. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the office itself is bright and cheerful, perfect for little ones. As a first-time parent, I was anxious about finding the right pediatrician for my daughter. I am thrilled to say that we hit the jackpot with this office! Dr. Franzia is knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely cares for her patients. She addressed all my concerns during our first visit, and I left feeling much more confident in my parenting. The only area for improvement might be the appointment scheduling; I had a slight delay during our last visit, but it was understandable given how busy they are. The staff, however, is incredibly friendly and accommodating, which makes up for any minor inconveniences. The office is clean and well-organized, and they even have a great online portal for managing appointments and communication, which I find super helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this practice to any parent looking for a caring pediatrician who truly listens.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the care my son receives here. From our very first visit, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Dr. Franzia is so patient and thorough; she took the time to explain everything to us, ensuring we understood what was happening with our son’s health. The waiting area is bright and kid-friendly, which helps relieve some of the anxiety kids feel in a doctor's office. My son especially loved the stickers he got after his check-up! One small thing I’d suggest is maybe having some toys or books in the exam rooms, as it can be a bit of a wait at times. However, this is a minor detail compared to the excellent care we receive. The office is also conveniently open on Saturdays, which is great for busy parents like us. Overall, we’re so pleased and feel fortunate to have found a practice that truly cares about its little patients and their families.

I can’t say enough good things about this pediatric practice. The whole team has been amazing in caring for my son. Dr. Franzia is very approachable and makes both kids and parents feel at ease. She provides practical advice and is always up-to-date with the latest information, which I find very reassuring. The only thing I’d love to see is a bit more flexibility in scheduling, as it can be tough to get an appointment during busier times. However, the Saturday hours are a lifesaver! Overall, I feel grateful for the wonderful care we’ve received and highly recommend them to any parent looking for a dedicated pediatrician.
