I can't say enough good things about my recent visit! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by the front desk staff. I recently had my first appointment, and it was a pretty positive experience overall. The reception area was inviting, and the staff was efficient. Dr. Pyram was thorough in his assessment, and I appreciated his approach of not just jumping to conclusions but rather considering all my symptoms. He did spend quite a bit of time explaining my condition, which I find valuable, though I wish he had a few more visuals or pamphlets to accompany his explanations. It would help to have something to take home to remember everything we discussed. Overall, I felt heard and respected, and I believe I am in good hands moving forward. Definitely glad I chose this office!
