I can't recommend Dr. Graves enough! His office is always clean and organized, which is a huge plus for me. He really listens to your concerns and makes you feel at ease. I had my first appointment with Dr. Graves a couple of weeks ago, and overall, I was quite impressed. The staff was prompt and efficient when I arrived, which is always a good sign. Dr. Graves himself was friendly, approachable, and took the time to understand my medical history, which I appreciated deeply. His thoroughness is evident in how he explains treatment options and takes a proactive approach to health. The waiting area is always clean and welcoming. I also appreciate that he respects my time; I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment time. The only slight downside I experienced was the limited hours—they're only open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, which can be a bit tricky if you work a traditional schedule. Nevertheless, I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a family practice doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. I feel fortunate to have found such a gem in my community!
