I had an appointment with Dr. Hsu recently, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Hsu herself took the time to really listen to my concerns about my joint pain and explained everything in a way that I could understand. The office is also very clean and organized, which I appreciated. My only minor critique would be the wait time; I waited about 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment, but it was worth it for the quality of care I received. Overall, I left feeling much more informed and hopeful. Highly recommend her services to anyone dealing with rheumatology issues!
