I had an appointment at this gastroenterology clinic and overall, I was satisfied with my experience. The staff was polite and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. My doctor, Dr. Lee, was knowledgeable and had a very calming presence, which helped ease my anxiety during the consultation. The only thing I would suggest is improving the office's appointment scheduling system; I noticed a lot of patients seemed confused about their slots. It might help reduce some of the waiting time. Despite this, I felt well taken care of during my visit and I definitely plan to return for my follow-up. I appreciate the care I received and would recommend them to friends who need similar services.
