I visited this practice a couple of weeks ago for some ear issues I had been experiencing. The staff was really friendly, and I was pleased with how quickly I was seen. Dr. Sewell was professional and attentive, asking all the right questions to understand my symptoms. He diagnosed me correctly and proposed a treatment plan that I felt comfortable with, which I appreciated. However, I did notice that the waiting room was a bit cramped, especially during peak hours, which was slightly uncomfortable. But given the quality of care I received, I’m willing to overlook that minor detail. The follow-up appointment process was easy, and I feel much better now, thanks to the treatment I received. I would definitely recommend this office to family and friends looking for an ENT!

My experience here was quite positive. Dr. Sewell was friendly and made me feel comfortable discussing my symptoms. He performed a thorough examination and was very clear about what to expect next. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps improving the waiting area; it could use some more seating and magazines. But overall, a solid experience!
