I had a great visit! The doctor was really nice and made me feel comfortable. She explained everything clearly, which I appreciated since I had a lot of questions. The office was easy to find, and the staff was pleasant. Just a small thing: I wish they had a bit more parking available because it can be tight during peak hours. Other than that, I’m very happy with the care I received!

I’ve been going to this family practice for a couple of years now and I’ve always had a positive experience. Dr. Bienert is attentive and really takes the time to address all my questions. I had a minor issue recently that I was really worried about, and she was incredibly reassuring. The only downside is that sometimes there seems to be a bit of a wait, but I think that’s just a sign of how popular she is! The staff is friendly, and the office is clean and well-maintained. Overall, I'm quite satisfied and will continue to come here for all my health needs.
