Finding a good pediatrician can be quite a challenge, but I’m really glad we picked this place! The doctor was incredibly patient with my nervous toddler, and you could tell she has a genuine passion for her work. She took the time to build rapport with my child, which made the visit much smoother. The nurse staff was equally friendly and efficient, quickly getting us in for our appointment. One of the standout moments was when Dr. Melocoton brought out some fun toys to distract my child during the exam. The office could use some updates, as the decor feels a bit dated, but given the excellent care we received, it’s easy to overlook. I left feeling confident about my child’s health and with a plan for follow-up care. Definitely a positive experience overall!

I'm really impressed with the care my child received here! The doctor and staff were attentive and made sure to address all my questions. The environment is also very kid-friendly. I felt my child was in safe hands. A little wait time was involved, but that's understandable for a busy practice. Overall, I’m happy with our visit.

We recently moved to the area and were on the lookout for a new pediatrician for our two kids. After hearing some mixed reviews, we decided to give this place a try. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming. The waiting room had colorful décor and plenty of toys to keep the kids entertained. Dr. Melocoton was wonderful; she took the time to speak with both of my children and genuinely listened to their concerns. She even engaged them in a fun way, making them feel special. I appreciated her thoroughness and the clear explanations she provided regarding their health and any vaccinations. The only hiccup was that it was hard to get through to the office on the phone, which was frustrating at times. However, the care we received more than made up for it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this pediatrician to other parents who want a physician that truly cares about their patients.
