As someone who has been to various eye doctors over the years, I can confidently say that this practice stands out from the rest. Dr. Thomas Tsai not only took the time to understand my vision concerns but also provided insights into maintaining my eye health that I hadn’t heard before. The office is well-organized, and the staff works like a well-oiled machine; they were efficient yet still very personable. I was particularly impressed with the selection of lenses; they offered so many options that I ended up with a pair tailored to my lifestyle and preferences. One small critique is that I felt the check-out process could be more streamlined - I had to wait a bit longer than I expected. Nevertheless, this is a minor issue in comparison to the excellent care I received. I will definitely be returning for my future eye exams!

I had a great visit here! The staff was super helpful and polite, which made the experience much more enjoyable. The technology used for the eye exams seemed state-of-the-art, and Dr. Tsai really took time to check and discuss my vision issues. I was impressed by his thoroughness. I do wish they had a slightly larger waiting area since it felt a bit cramped when a few families came in at once, but other than that, everything was excellent! Highly recommend this place for your eye care needs.

I recently visited this optometrist and I must say, it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had at a doctor's office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming. The waiting area was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere - not at all like the sterile, cold environments you sometimes find in medical offices. Dr. Tsai took the time to thoroughly explain the examination process and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. It was refreshing to find a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients' understanding of their eye health. I appreciated the variety of frames available in the optical section; there really was something for everyone! The only minor drawback was that I had to wait a little longer than expected for my appointment, about 15 minutes beyond my scheduled time. However, given the level of care I received, I can overlook that. Overall, I left feeling well taken care of and confident in my new glasses. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a thorough eye exam and a friendly atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning for my next check-up.

I just had my first visit to this optometrist and it exceeded my expectations! The staff was very friendly and made the process easy. I went in for a check-up and had a great experience with Dr. Bertke. She was thorough and very attentive to my needs, which made the entire appointment feel personalized. The office was clean and well-lit, creating a welcoming environment. I do wish they offered more flexible hours for working individuals, as it can be challenging to make appointments during standard business hours. However, I was very pleased with the overall experience and the new contacts I picked up! I’ll definitely be back for my next visit.

What a fantastic experience! I went in for a routine eye exam and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went. Dr. Jana Bertke was so friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. The selection of frames was impressive too. I found the perfect pair that suits my style! The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that the parking situation can be a bit tricky during peak hours. But honestly, it's worth it for the quality of service you receive. I'll be coming back for sure!
