I've been training here for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier! The personal trainer really tailors each session to fit my needs. As someone who's never been particularly active, I was pretty nervous about starting personal training. However, I found the environment to be incredibly welcoming from day one. My trainer took the time to understand my goals and limitations, which gave me so much confidence. They create a personalized plan that focuses on building my strength and flexibility. I’ve enjoyed the variety of workouts, from strength training to cardio, and the way they always keep things interesting. I’ve made friends in the small group sessions, which makes it feel less intimidating. The only downside is that I wish they offered classes on Saturdays as well. Regardless, I genuinely look forward to my sessions and have already seen noticeable improvements. I highly recommend this place to anyone at any fitness level!
