I've been going to this auto shop for over a year now, and each visit has solidified my trust in their services. The mechanics are not only skilled but also incredibly personable. They took the time to explain the issues with my car's transmission in layman's terms, which I really appreciated. During my last visit, they even offered me a courtesy ride back home while my car was being serviced. The repair time is usually reasonable; however, I did experience a delay once due to an unexpected part shortage. They kept me informed throughout the whole process, which I genuinely appreciated. My only suggestion would be to consider extending their hours on Saturdays for those of us who work during the week. Overall, this place is a gem in the auto repair industry!

As a single mom, finding a reliable auto repair shop can be quite daunting. However, my experience here was beyond positive! I walked in feeling anxious about my car's transmission problems, but the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything in detail. I was especially impressed with how they worked with my budget; they offered me several options and helped me choose the best one without any pressure. The work was completed ahead of schedule, and I felt completely confident driving my car afterward. My only constructive feedback would be to improve the signage outside; it’s a bit hard to find on the first visit. That said, I will definitely be returning for any future needs!

I had a fantastic experience here! I brought my car in for a transmission issue that I thought would cost me an arm and a leg. To my amazement, the staff was incredibly honest and transparent about what needed to be done. They even showed me the parts that were causing the trouble. The repair was done in just a couple of days, and the cost was reasonable. I love how they don’t pressure you into unnecessary repairs; it really shows they care about their customers. The only thing I would suggest is maybe having more seating in the waiting area, as it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, highly recommend this place for anyone needing auto repair!
