If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to have a few more time slots available on Saturdays. Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to start training here.

I’ve been going to my trainer for a few months now, and it's been an excellent experience! The workouts are challenging but enjoyable, which keeps me motivated. I particularly love how my trainer incorporates a mix of cardio and strength training to keep things fresh. The only thing I would like to see is a few more group classes offered; I think it could foster even more camaraderie among clients. But overall, it’s a fantastic place to work out, and I've seen real results!

Joining this training program has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! From the first session, I felt welcomed and supported. The attention to detail my trainer puts into every workout is phenomenal; they always make sure I’m pushing myself while also considering my limits. I’ve noticed significant improvements in my strength and endurance, which has motivated me even further. The only downside is the limited weekend hours; it would be great if they could extend them slightly. Nonetheless, I can’t say enough good things about the transformative experience I’m having.
