I’ve been with this electric utility company for a couple of years now, and I can honestly say they’ve been pretty reliable. Whenever I’ve had to call them, the staff has always been courteous and professional. The service outages have been rare, and when they do happen, they are usually resolved quickly. I do think there could be a bit more transparency regarding planned maintenance schedules. It would be great to know ahead of time when there might be interruptions, even if they are infrequent. Overall, happy with the service and would recommend them to others!
