I can’t say enough good things about my visit to this clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, which helped ease my anxiety about my sinus issues. Dr. Lee was fantastic; he took the time to really listen to my concerns and performed a thorough examination. What impressed me the most was how he explained the treatment options in detail without overwhelming me. I felt empowered to make decisions about my health after our discussion! The office was organized and felt very professional, a nice contrast to some places I’ve been. One minor thing, I wish they had more evening hours for those of us who work regular hours, but it’s a small trade-off for the high-quality care. Overall, a fantastic experience! I’m so glad I found this place, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent ENT doctor. Five stars hands down!

I had my first visit at this clinic a couple of weeks ago due to recurring throat issues, and I was genuinely impressed by the entire process. Upon entering, the receptionists greeted me with friendly smiles, making a good first impression. The office was neat and had a calm atmosphere, which I appreciate when dealing with health concerns. Dr. Lee took a considerable amount of time with me, asking thoughtful questions and really trying to get to the root of my problems. He performed a few tests and explained each step, which made me feel much more comfortable. He also outlined potential treatment options and encouraged me to reach out anytime I had questions. The only minor feedback I would give is that it would be great if they provided more information on what to expect during recovery, as I left with a few questions about aftercare. Still, the overall experience was positive and I felt valued as a patient. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and caring ENT specialist, I’d highly recommend visiting this practice! I’m feeling much better already, thanks to their expertise.

I recently visited this practice for a long-standing ear issue, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The waiting area was clean and welcoming, making my nerves about the appointment fade away. Dr. Richard Lee was incredibly thorough and took time to explain everything about my condition in a way that I could easily understand. I appreciated his calm demeanor and the way he listened to my concerns. One thing I would suggest is perhaps having a few more magazines or activities available in the waiting room, as I had to wait about 30 minutes past my appointment time. Nevertheless, the quality of care I received was worth the wait. I left feeling much better informed and with a solid plan for treatment. Definitely recommend this place to anyone facing ENT issues! Overall, a solid experience that I would rate 4 out of 5 stars for the service and care I received.
