I’ve been coming here for a few months now, and every visit is a delight! The quality of the meats is simply unbeatable. I recently tried their homemade sausages, and they were bursting with flavor. As someone who enjoys cooking, I’m always on the lookout for fresh, quality ingredients. This butcher shop exceeded my expectations! I visited on a Wednesday afternoon, and the variety of meats available was incredible. I ended up purchasing some chicken thighs and ground beef. Both were incredibly fresh and flavorful, making for a fantastic stir-fry and some lovely burgers. The staff was knowledgeable and offered great suggestions for marinades and spices. My only suggestion would be to expand their selection of marinades and rubs, as it felt a bit limited compared to their meat range. Overall, a stellar experience that I’m eager to repeat!

I had an amazing experience at this local butcher shop! I love supporting small businesses, and this one truly shines. I was impressed by the clean and organized layout of the shop. The selection is fantastic – I picked up some fresh lamb chops and homemade bacon. The staff was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about their products. They provided me with cooking tips and even offered to cut my meats to my specifications, which was a nice touch. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to have more variety in their cured meats section, as I am a big fan of charcuterie. Nevertheless, this place is my new go-to for all things meat-related!
