Our experience at this pediatric dental office was remarkable! When we arrived, we were greeted with smiles from the front desk staff, which immediately put my nervous daughter at ease. The waiting room was bright and colorful, filled with fun games and books that kept her occupied while we waited. I loved that they had a TV playing cartoons, which helped distract her from her nerves. Dr. Brill was genuinely fantastic with kids; he spoke to my daughter in a friendly, engaging manner that made her feel involved in her own care. He explained what he was going to do and even let her pick the flavor of the toothpaste! The dental hygienist was super sweet, and she took extra time to make sure my daughter was comfortable throughout the cleaning process. The only small issue we faced was that the appointment ran a bit over the scheduled time, but I could see they were handling a particularly anxious child in the chair before us. Overall, I was very pleased with the level of care and attention my daughter received. We’ll be back in six months for her next checkup!
