What a fantastic find! I stumbled upon this place while looking for a new phone case, and I’m so glad I did. Lucy not only helped me pick out a stylish case but also gave me great advice on screen protectors. The selection of accessories was impressive, and the prices were very reasonable. I appreciate how knowledgeable and patient she was while I browsed. My only small critique would be that the store could use a bit more signage outside—it's easy to miss! I had an amazing experience at this cell phone repair shop! I brought in my cracked screen, and Lucy was incredibly friendly and efficient. She explained the repair process step-by-step, which made me feel so much more comfortable. The turnaround time was just over an hour, and my phone looks brand new! Plus, I loved that it’s a women-led business; it definitely adds a nice touch. My only suggestion is to perhaps extend the hours slightly on weekends for those of us who work during the week. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service and will definitely return for any future needs!
