What a delightful experience I had at this tailor! I brought in my favorite coat that needed some serious alterations, and the team did not disappoint. They were very friendly and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. I was especially impressed with how they suggested options I hadn’t even thought of! Their expertise was evident; they even pointed out some wear and tear that I hadn’t noticed. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that it took a bit longer than I anticipated to complete the alterations. However, when I got my coat back, I was stunned by the transformation. It looked brand new!
