I have to say, I'm really pleased with my experience! The staff were super helpful and really took the time to ensure I understood every detail of the water softening system I was purchasing. I appreciated their transparency about pricing and installation. They made a point to follow up with me after installation to see how everything was going. I do wish they had more information available online about their products; I had to call to get a few questions answered. But overall, the product works wonders and I can feel the difference in my water quality. I definitely recommend them!
