I had an excellent experience when I went in to sell a diamond bracelet that I no longer wore. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff made me feel at ease right away. My only suggestion would be to have a more organized waiting area, as it was quite busy during my visit. Despite that, I would definitely return!
