However, I did encounter a couple of hiccups during the process. There were some minor issues with the lease paperwork that could have been handled more efficiently, and I felt a bit left in the dark at times regarding the status of my application. It would have been nice to receive more updates. Despite that, the positives definitely outweigh the negatives, and I would still recommend this agency to anyone in search of a new home.
