I just had my first appointment at this dental practice, and I can say it was a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experiences. What really stood out to me was their commitment to patient education; I was shown exactly what was going on with my teeth through digital imaging, and it really helped me understand my oral health better. The office was modern and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. One small downside was the wait time; I had to wait a little longer than expected, but it was manageable. I had my first visit to this dental office last week, and I was quite pleased with the overall experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, which made the process of getting my teeth cleaned much more enjoyable than I anticipated. I particularly liked that they took the time to explain what they were doing during the cleaning. However, I did notice that the office was a bit busy, and my appointment ran longer than I expected because of the high volume of patients. It would be great if they could find a way to streamline this aspect a little more. Nevertheless, the quality of care I received was excellent, and I really appreciated the thoroughness of the exam. I’m looking forward to my next visit and hope to see some improvements in the scheduling aspect!

My only suggestion would be to extend their hours on weekends as I know many people who would find that very helpful.
