I had a really positive experience opening my auto loan here. The loan officer was knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the application process. They even helped me understand the different terms and rates available, which made me feel confident in my decision. I also loved that they offered additional perks for members, like discounts on insurance. The only thing I think they could improve is their wait times during peak hours; it can get a bit crowded. Still, the service was worth the wait, and I’d definitely come back for future financing!

They even followed up with me a week later to ensure everything was going smoothly, which is truly above and beyond. The only downside I’ve noticed so far is that they don’t have as many ATMs as some larger banks, but they do reimburse fees for using other networks, so that helps! Overall, I’m thrilled with my decision to join and look forward to building a long-term relationship with them.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with my credit union! They helped me set up a savings account and gave me great advice on budgeting. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making the process easy. I also enjoy their online banking features—they’re very convenient! However, I’d love to see them offer more Saturday hours to accommodate busy schedules. But all in all, a great place to bank!
