I can't say enough good things about this butcher shop! It’s my go-to place for all things meat. The staff is incredibly friendly and always eager to share cooking tips and recommendations. I recently tried their homemade chorizo, and it was fantastic—perfectly spiced and just the right amount of fat. They also have a fantastic selection of beef cuts; I’ve made some of the best steaks of my life from their ribeye and filet options! The only slight issue is the limited seating area, but you're not there to hang out; you're there to get amazing meat! Every visit has been a great experience, and I can’t wait to try more of their offerings in the future.
