The only thing I would suggest is to perhaps extend their weekend hours, as I found it slightly challenging to fit in my schedule. After searching online, I found this company and decided to give them a try. The online estimate process was straightforward, and I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced it was! The team arrived right on schedule and was super friendly. They tackled my living room and hallway carpets, which had a mixture of stains from spills and mud. Their products are eco-friendly, which is a huge plus for me. They gave me tips on maintaining my carpets, which was refreshing! While I was thrilled with the results, I noticed a couple of spots that needed a bit more attention. However, I called them back, and they promptly offered to come out for a touch-up at no additional cost. Such great customer service! I’ll definitely be using them again.
