I recently took my son to see Dr. Parsons, and it was such a positive experience! She has a warm demeanor that instantly put my son at ease. The appointment was thorough, and I felt like she truly listened to my concerns. The office was clean and organized, which I always appreciate. The only suggestion I have is to maybe streamline the check-in process a bit, as it took longer than I expected. However, the care we received made it worth it.
