The only suggestion I have is to possibly add some more seating in the waiting area, as it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Nonetheless, the overall experience was fantastic! I had the most fantastic experience at my recent visit! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, which immediately put me at ease. The staff at the front desk greeted me with smiles and was very efficient in handling the paperwork. I was impressed with how clean and modern the office was. When it was time for my appointment, the dental hygienist took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process, which I found reassuring. Dr. DerMinassian herself was incredibly friendly and took the time to discuss any concerns I had. She even showed me my x-rays and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. My only constructive feedback would be that the waiting area could use a few more magazines or maybe some light reading material. Other than that, my experience was top-notch!
